SAC|MOD's ADU Submitted to Competition

The accessory dwelling unit (ADU) which is a portion on the SAC|MOD residence design project has been submitted to the AIA Central Valley design competition

The design is a rebuild of the existing single story garage into a two story building including a garage, a second story apartment and a craft studio.
We look forward to seeing the winning entries at the Awards Presentation scheduled for this October, 2019!
