Architect of Record: Perkins and Will
Role: Project Architect and Detailing Responsibilities, Schematic Design through Construction
This innovative work environment allows employees to work in diverse "neighborhoods" equipped with personal storage, flexible meeting spaces, and various casual seating options. The project was the result of the Perkins+Will design team working closely with the client to determine and meet the goals of the users.
We used custom detailing and provided multiple types of spaces to provide flexibility (open, sheltered, private, collaborative). Custom lighting details, acoustical treatments, and finish selections create spaces that reduce stress and encourage creativity and collaboration.
